My experience of Vietnam originates from the geographical properties of the Southeast Asian low latitudes. Through the sustained saturation of memory, Vietnam has gradually been transposed in my consciousness into a memory field that remains perpetually undried.
This is my fourth visit, was not a simple temporal return, but a deliberate capture of a specific state of being. I did not intend to construct any predetermined linear narrative; instead, I allowed myself to be immersed in the almost visceral, adhesive texture of local perception.
My lens is dedicated to documenting that pressure of wetness: the dissolution of matter within the humidity, and the mutually permeable, inseparable coexistence shared between the human presence and the environment.
